Tsukiji Fish Market
Three Saturdays ago, I went to check out the market with my parents. We got there around 730-8am I think but by then most of the fish were already cut up and being moved around. It was very busy. The aisles are so tiny that you can’t really pass anyone without pushing them so it was quite hard to take pictures. I’ve never seen so many fish in one place in my life. And I’ve never seen fish/seafood so big either. It was a pretty cool experience but I don’t know if I’d go back. It was just too crowded.
Here are some pictures:

After that we stopped into Akihabara. I’ve been to Yodabashi Camera a few times before but it was my first time in their TV section. They had a 103″ TV! It was massive. I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to take pictures of their merchandise so I was kind of hiding my camera.

The tuna shot with the fisherman really shows how large these fish are. Were they as large as you were?

Speaking of seafood/food, what other japanese foods have you tried or want to try? And how much better does the sushi taste over there?
