Not much has been going on lately. Last Friday I went out to an Iranian restaurant with a few of the other JETs because one of the girls was belly dancing for the first time and wanted us to watch. After she did her performance, the (small) floor was open for dancing. It was a lot of fun. Yes, I was thinking the same thing too. “Who is this boy that is going out and having fun with people he barely knows, and what has he done with Eric?” I guess this is what going away to university must be like. A bunch of strangers in the same boat, so they already have something in common.

On Sunday, I went out to play soccer. I don’t particularly love it, but it’s good exercise and good company. I do miss playing basketball though.

I guess that’s about it. My parents are coming to visit in 3 days. And I’m going home for Christmas in 45 days.
