Week of the 27th…

Not much to report. On the 27th I attempted a new meal. I wanted to try cabbage rolls since cabbage seems to be in abundance in Japan but remembered I didn’t have an oven. I tried combining the ingredients in a pot, leaving the rice separate. I think I added too much cabbage. Ratios… very important in cooking.

At school I was basically refining my self-introduction lesson. I also went to my visit school, Miyashiro, for the first time and met some of the staff there. All in all, another slow week.

Next up… the adventure that is Mount Fuji.
